Thomas Pidgeon, CEO
Tom has over 40 years of manufacturing experience with almost 20 years in the railroad industry. He has held manufacturing and administrative executive positions in both the U.S. and Europe with GE, Alstom, Ansaldo, and Vossloh. The past four years, Tom has been President and CEO of Vossloh Track Material, Inc.
Coy Beaman, President and Founder
Coy has over 34 years of experience in the railroad industry. His experience includes fifteen years with Southern Pacific in Communications and Signals, four years with General Railway Signal as a Regional Sales Manager and most recently as a founder and Executive Vice President of RailComm, Inc. Coy's extensive railroad knowledge has proven to be a key factor in the development and application of the FAS-PAS System.
David Ruskauff, Executive Vice President Systems Engineering
David has over 21 years of experience in the engineering and development of state-of-the-art railway applications and control systems. Prior to joining Global Rail Systems, David spent several years at RailComm Inc., where he was Director of Software Engineering. David also spent ten years at General Railway Signal/Alstom, where he successfully designed and managed the development of multiple railway control systems. David is the designer of our Yard-Master™ control system.
John Cipollone, Vice President - GRS Signal Innovations
John is well known to every Signal Engineering professional in the industry. As a result of his work on modern signaling techniques at ElectroPneumatic, his development efforts at Harmon, and the consulting he provided on GE's recent updates to Electrocode 5, John's impact has been felt throughout the industry. John is responsible for the Global Rail Systems Signal Innovations CIP-1 and ATC-2 product lines, the vital timers, and the new crossing-warning products.
Ron Martin, Vice President Sales
Ron brings over 24 years of experience in the rail industry with disciplines in the Operating, Engineering and Mechanical departments. Ron spent several years with Geismar Corporation, Canac, and Cattron progressing through sales and senior management positions. His experience and commitment to providing the highest level of customer support fits well with Global Rail Systems commitments.
Vince Cervas Director of Sales for the Western U.S.
Vince has more than 30 years’ experience in the rail supply industry, including engineering, product field support and product management. His experience in dealing at all levels of the industry and a background in emerging technologies fits Global Rail’s philosophy of R&D, customer focus and support.
Clyde Priest, Director of Sales for the Eastern U.S.
Clyde has over 30 years of experience in the industry with a background in product sales, engineering and project management. His background and experience with emerging technologies and customer support are a good fit with Global Rail’s philosophies.
Samuel de Jesus Vega Martinez, Director of Operations for Latin America
Samuel de Jesus Vega Martinez is a degreed Electronics Engineer who comes to Global Rail Systems with over 14 years of experience in various Signal positions with KCSM. Samuel Vega is the Director of Operations for Latin America and will be based in the Monterrey area. Samuel Vega’s experience in Signaling allows him a customers perspective in understanding strategic solutions to meet the customers needs. His background in electronics, his customer focus, dedication to support and his principled approach provide a solid foundation complimenting the efforts Global Rail Systems already has in place.M.J.
